Wisdom is a British ministry clerk who ends up sitting in for an injured delegate at a Geneva conference. When he uses his veto power to assist a small Pacific nation, he is knighted by his home country but threatened by foreign powers. Some fine slapstick moments, including a television
studio chase that interrupts several programs. The songs, all sung by the Beverley Sisters, include: "Dreams for Sale" (Arthur Groves, Peter Carroll), "Beware" (Norman Wisdom), "Yodelee Yodelay," and "Man of the Moment" (Jack Fishman).
