OUR MAN IN HAVANA

As hilarious as it is absurd. Carol Reed's droll adaptation of Graham Greene's novel about spies in Cuba stars Alec Guinness as an innocuous vacumm cleaner salesman who somehow gets involved in international espionage. The prodigiously talented Guinness is wonderful to watch, and the supporting cast, which includes Noel Coward, Burl Ives, Ernie Kovacs and Maureen O'Hara, is just as good.
