Our Man Flint

James Coburn's first starring role casts him as Derek Flint, a suave 007-type secret agent with Zonal Organization World Intelligence, or Z.O.W.I.E. Flint, who's proficient in everything from martial arts to speaking dolphin and, of course, women, is called in to put a stop to GALAXY, a secret organization led by an evil tycoon (Edward Mulhare) seeking to dominate the world via weather control. Flint sets out with his cigarette lighter, which has some 83 uses, and locates the three scientists who have masterminded the plot. He goes head-to-head with a dangerous beauty (Gila Golan), sent to assassinate his boss (Lee J. Cobb), and he's later captured by the evil GALA...
