This film concerns Zulus in Africa, the end of WW I, and the tale of Hersholt. Hersholt and the bride he brought to Africa get entangled with warring tribes. A muddled independent film that was shot in Technicolor which is about as murky as the story. Shooting in the color process throughout the film was a formidable job at the time when even sound was a big deal. leave a comment
