RKO bought the rights to Paramount's 1933 film for $85,000 and came out with a film worth about $5. Risdon buys a book on how to help husband Errol succeed and ends up getting him into a number of messy situations. By mistake Errol becomes park commissioner and gets involved with an underhanded recreational equipment manufacturer. He loses his job as commissioner, but luckily gets his old job back. leave a comment
