With the success of JAWS in the summer of 1976, minor production companies were rushing to produce cheap shark movie imitations. This outing has Jaeckel making a living renting sharks. But he finds himself being abused by the local research facility and a roadhouse, so it's only natural
that he exact a little revenge. From there the film turns into a few set pieces showing the locals being done in by Jaeckel's sharks. Featured in the cast is Luke Halpin, a veteran of the "Flipper" movies and TV show. Grefe, the producer and director, went on to become a second-unit director for
numerous James Bond features.
