Tamiroff stars as a skilled character actor called into service by confidence man Nolan, who wants him to impersonate the assassinated dictator of a small South American country until the expected American aid arrives so they can take off with a large portion of the dough. Tamiroff, of course, plays the role to the hilt and begins to take his character seriously, while Nolan veers from his dishonest course, tranformed by the love of a good woman, Morison. leave a comment
