MADE IN AMERICA takes an immature white car salesman and suddenly makes him the father of a black high schooler, forcing him to deal both with parenthood and with his new daughter's willful, Afrocentric mother. The result is a mixture of interracial-relationship exploration (a la JUNGLE FEVER) and farcical black-white buddy movie.
