Madame Louise: Review

After winning a dress boutique as part of a bet, a bookie throws himself into the enterprise and decides to modernize. After he sets his new programs in place, the shop's old hands (led by Hearne) become incensed with the new developments. The bookmaker's plans backfire, leading to a variety of problems, and the shop is returned once more to its original owner. Though it shows promise, the material never lives up to its full comic potential. leave a comment
