It's the seamy world of roving teenage punks that gets the quickie exploitation treatment in this minor trash number. After a prolog by the esteemed Senator Kefauver, poor Brasselle goes through hell when his son is hit by a flying whiskey bottle. The infant is hospitalized, on the verge of death, and his angered father vows revenge.
