Sinden is sent to the little island of Todday on a mission to scout the location for a possible missile site. With his okay, construction begins, and the angry cries of the islanders fall on deaf ears. Led by schoolteacher Carson, the natives make every attempt to sabotage the site, but are unsuccessful.
