It's the seamy world of roving teenage punks that gets the quickie exploitation treatment in this minor trash number. After a prolog by the esteemed Senator Kefauver, poor Brasselle goes through hell when his son is hit by a flying whiskey bottle. The infant is hospitalized, on the verge of death, and his angered father vows revenge. When the cops prove to be useless (as they usually are in teenage punk films), Brasselle goes after the group of "trigger-happy teeners living for kicks!" (as the ads forewarned audiences). After catching up with the group of bad boys, Brasselle himself is in danger, but the police finally get it together for a last-minute rescue. Lawman Lovejoy overcomes earlier mishaps to capture the gang but it's all in vain, for the infant dies. Despite the downer ending, this is a pretty good exploitation film if one has an eye for camp. leave a comment
