In this fourth "Cisco Kid" movie, Romero replaces Warner Baxter in the role as the Kid, with Martin as his trusty sidekick. The pair investigate an impostor and his gang who are rustling cattle under the Kid's name. Hughes is the dance hall girl-cum-love-interest, and Venable is the widow he finally falls for.
