The Canadian Film Development Corporation wound up giving lots of money to finance the filming of a script that turned out to be little more than a sexploitation film. The story does have something to do with the problems of disillusioned people trying to live in an undisciplined society.
But this is lost through all the sex scenes. The project is further marred by very low production values and the absence of any professional acting, or any acting at all, for that matter.
