Unpretentious comedy has Raymond in a bet with his rich uncle that he can start out in New York with nothing but his underwear and wind up in Los Angeles 10 days later, wearing a new suit of clothes, with $100 in his pocket, and engaged to a pretty girl. He then goes about proving it. Barrie and Broderick are the motorists who give him a lift. Story is not enough to hold up throughout, but the witty dialog comes to its aid. leave a comment
