Love that cute-as-a-button cairn terrier, but the rest of the movie really stinks. Unlucky-at-love restauranteur Dylan Ramsey (David Spade) is desperate to put the moves on his beautiful new neighbor, a sophisticated French cellist named Lila (Sophie Marceau).
