Another problem-teenager movie with Anka as a Peeping Tom because he has problem parents. His father, Nicol, is an alcoholic and his mother, Roman, fools around with any man that looks her way. Anka spies on his suburban neighbors and comes close to being caught when he is peeping on the couple next door, Cassidy and Mathews. Anka's mother runs off to Las Vegas with Cassidy, while Anka tries to seduce Perreau, daughter of Cassidy and Mathews. When Perreau falls through a glass coffee table trying to escape Anka's advances, Anka runs. He is caught by a plainclothesman prowling around a pool party. His arrest causes Anka's parents to examine their own lifestyle.
