The Loners

Stockwell plays a half-Navajo man who is running from police for accidentally running a car off the road with his motorcycle. Along the way he picks up Stich, a rebellious teenager fleeing from her shrewish mother, and Susman, a retarded teen devoted to Stockwell. The cross-country spree involves a robbery in which Susman accidentally kills the owner. The three hide out in a church, where Susman performs a mock wedding ceremony for Stockwell and Stich. Things get worse when Susman goes into town for food and, when provoked by a jealous husband, guns down a half-dozen people.
