Parker stars as a post-Civil War soldier returning to his home town, only to find that the townsfolk have labeled him a "turncoat" for fighting on the side of the Union. His brother, Williams, has taken over as sheriff and is leading a reign of outlaw tyranny over the inhabitants. Parker is determined to bring back law and order to his town.
