Kerwin plays an assistant publisher of a girlie magazine who decides to start his own publication. With the help of photographer Korman, Kerwin transforms model D'Hondt into the living image of Venus. Both men are soon fighting for their creation's affections. Things start going downhill, however, and the magazine collapses, the model commits suicide, and Kerwin is left a broken man. Filmed in Chicago, the late Mayor Daley apparently swore off movie production in his fair city after this picture was made. leave a comment
