The Three Lives Of Thomasina

This is the charming tale of young Mary MacDhui (Karen Dotrice) and her cat, Thomasina. Mary lives in turn-of-the-century Scotland with her veterinarian father (Patrick McGoohan), who orders the family cat killed when it is diagnosed as having tetanus. Miraculously, Thomasina is saved by the mysterious Lori MacGregor (Susan Hampshire), who is thought to be a witch. As Thomasina is about to be buried, Lori brings her back to life, but not before the feline ventures through kitty heaven, which is filled with cat goddesses and sparkling stars.
