A Little Bit Of Bluff: Review

Gardiner gets a chance to do some sleuthing when his fiancee's father, stodgy old admiral Maltby, has his family heirlooms lifted. He disguises himself as a detective and manages to track down the crooks. In keeping with tradition, Maltby's faith in the young fellow is then restored, making him worthy of marriage into the family. Maltby does a fine job as the admiral, but one sometimes gets the feeling that he saved all the really funny lines for himself. leave a comment
