The Little Adventuress

1938, Movie, NR, 60 mins

starstarstarstar
Typical "girl and her horse" story has Fellows taking her beloved steed out West after her carnival-performing parents are killed in an accident. There she hooks up with her cousin, Fiske, a racing enthusiast, and the two train the horse to run for a big race. If you can't guess how the picture turns out from there, then you're not up on your movie cliches. This formula film is poorly written and directed, with more implausibilities than most of this genre. leave a comment
