On The Line: Review

An engrossing, emotionally charged tale of romance and vengeance that takes place along the US-Mexican border. Abril is a gorgeous illiterate prostitute who becomes involved with border guards Wilson and Delgar, as well as with guide Carradine. Although there are some extraneous border-jumping subplots (one Mexican is killed, and an investigation follows), the main concentration is on Abril's desire to "cross the line."
