Cross SILENCE OF THE LAMBS and 70s UK thriller BEYOND THE FOG and you get this lame British horror picture, which features plenty of arterial spray but few scares. Leo Rook (Chris Adamson, the gravel-voiced co-star of RAZOR BLADE SMILE) is a sadistic serial killer fond of hacking up his victims and labeling their body parts. He's being transported secretly to prison on a boat that holds several other inmates, but escapes by killing his guards and jumping overboard. Rook heads for Gehenna Lighthouse, located on a small rock island 300 miles off the UK mainland. After slicing and dicing his way through the lighthouse keepers, Rook switches off the big light and waits...
