The Light At The Edge Of The World

In 1865, Argentina sets up a lighthouse staffed by Rey, Ranieri and Douglas, an American drifter. When an unusual schooner comes near the lighthouse, Rey and Ranieri go out to investigate. They are brutally murdered by the ship's crew, a band of pirates led by Brynner, out to take over the lighthouse to attract ships for their wicked purposes. Douglas is captured but escapes. Soon the pirates are in business, taking over a ship carrying Eggar, an English noblewoman. She is raped and murdered, and Douglas avenges her by blowing up the pirate ship.
