Life In Emergency Ward 10

Hospital drama features Craig as a new surgeon plugging an experimental heart-lung machine he has brought to England from America. The other surgeons are wary about the new device, especially after it fails on an older patient. But when a young boy with a hole in his heart needs emergency surgery, the device is put to good use and Craig proves himself. In between are vignettes involving other patients, including a woman expecting quadruplets, as well as the usual doctor-nurse romances.
