LETTER TO BREZHNEV is a low-budget gem. Teresa (Margi Clarke) and Elaine (Alexandra Pigg) are best pals. Teresa works in a frozen-chicken factory and Elaine is unemployed, as are many thousands in the depressed area of Liverpool. One night the two decide to go out on the town.
