When March is bullied by her stepfather, ambitious but bumbling young policeman Powell comes to the rescue. Inadvertently, he gets mixed up with a gang of Chinese thieves, who drug him. After being dismissed from the force for this blunder, Powell recovers a stolen gem from the gang and is reinstated. This is accomplished only after numerous gimmicky costume changes by Powell in this drawn-out comedy. leave a comment
