Holt and sidekick Martin are Texas Rangers who go undercover, at the request of the US government, to find the source of phony bills making their way east. The two join the counterfeiters and are about to bring them to justice when Martin's ex-girl friend, Dixon, pops into town and accidentally blows their cover.
