Laura: Review

The sleekest of noirs, and murder at its most chic. The detective appears to be a necrophiliac, two of the title character's suitors are obviously gay and the Laura all the men are vying for is a corpse with no face. Deliciously twisted, it's one of the best murder mysteries ever put on screen, with great performances from Gene Tierney, Dana Andrews, Clifton Webb, Vincent Price and Judith Anderson.
