The second film written and directed by Edwards is a cliche-filled spoof of 1920s gangster life told in a long flashback. Marlow is a song-and-dance girl who inherits a large fortune from a mob boss, and much to the chagrin of her boy friend, begins to live a life of luxury. There are
some funny moments, but the picture is irreparably harmed by its weak structure.
