LAST ASSASSINS is a generic title for a generic film, originally titled DUSTING CLIFF 7 about a spy who rebels against the meglomaniacal plans of her boss.

Anna Bishop (Nancy Allen) has been raised to work as a professional assassin by shadowy government operative Roger McBride (Lance Henriksen). Having learned that McBride's agenda is his own and not that of the United States, she has split with him.
