Larceny In Her Heart: Review

The eighth film in the "Michael Shayne" series, and the first to star Hugh Beaumont as the private eye (Lloyd Nolan had played the role in the first seven films). Here Beaumont gets involved with a case when a corpse turns up on his front porch. Good performances are marred by a plot that loses steam. There are some good comic moments, however, when Beaumont tries to dodge the police. leave a comment
