Livingston plays a righteous doctor determined to stop the corrupt selling of quack cures. Starting out by delivering talks over the radio, he continues his work through an investigation that gets him mixed up with the mob. In the process he falls in love with Bradley, daughter of the hood he's after. Well-paced direction helps the slight script; performances are adequate.
