Landfall: Review

Denison plays an RAF pilot who sinks what is supposed to be a British sub in the English Channel. He is dismissed from his position by a court of inquiry. Barmaid Plunkett helps gather the information which proves the sub was actually a disguised German vessel. The two start an affair, which Denison is hesitant to continue because of the differences in their social classes. Adequate performances are marred by a script burdened with some soap opera dramatics. leave a comment
