A Lady's Morals

Screen version of the life of the famous Swedish opera star Jenny Lind, otherwise known as the "Swedish Nightingale." Moore, of the Metropolitan Opera, portrays the singer in this film which seems more like an excuse to display the vocal talents of Moore than anything else. There was, however, some room left for the development of a romance between Moore and Denny who pursues the diva from city to city, trying to gain her affection in any manner possible. He eventually does so, but only after the singer has temporarily lost her voice, and he has received a knock on the head which causes his eventual blindness.
