The Lady Wants Mink

This satire on mink-crazy women has Hussey as a housewife whose husband, O'Keefe, can't afford to buy her a mink coat, so she actually tries to grow one of her own. In the process, her family is kicked out of their home by an irate landlady and forced to move out to the country. To top matters off, O'Keefe loses his job. When given the chance to move back to the city, however, the family refuses, preferring their new country life. The thin plot line is hampered by a script that doesn't manage to get the laughs across.
