Wayne, a young lawyer who is fighting against a local lottery racket, meets and falls in love with Munson, whose dad (Stephenson) runs the lottery. Munson tries to convince him that the lottery isn't that bad, but when one of the recent winners is murdered, Wayne goes after the culprit full-force.
