This awful, but awfully funny, Frankenstein movie boasts a really goofy-looking monster and the voluptuous Sarah Bay. She assists her father, Dr. Frankenstein (Joseph Cotton), in trying to create a man by stitching together various parts of dead bodies. His latest creation, an insane freak with a bulbous head and one eye lower than the other, kills his master, and then scampers off into the countryside to terrorize the villagers. The dead doctor's daughter, who has just come home from medical school, decides to create her own monster--a perfect man who will not only seek out and destroy the botched creature that killed her father, but also satisfy her voracious sexual appetite. To do this, she plunks the brain of her brilliant-but-crippled assistant into the body of the moronic family shepherd. Although things are hot and heavy for Tanya and the monster at first, trouble arises when monster No. 1 shows up back at the castle. The plot is silly, the production values nil and the acting atrocious, but the sex scenes are pretty steamy. This is an all-time favorite on late-night television and cable, but rent the video so that you can see it uncut. leave a comment
