Schneider and Rome play a pair involved in the kidnaping of the child of Rome's wealthy ex-lover. Most of the picture is pretty one-dimensional, though Schneider's performance is riveting, as it is in Michelangelo Antonioni's THE PASSENGER (1975), released the same year. This picture also shares the same screenwriter (Peploe) and producer (Ponti) as THE PASSENGER. leave a comment
