Pleasant naval farce in which three officers cause general havoc during a drunken spree by placing a pawnbroker's sign welded to an old perambulator on the deck of a visiting naval vessel. Sinden eases the immediate problem by claiming that the customized baby carriage is a sophisticated radar detector.
