A flat, one-note comedy about mobsters, this adds yet another nail in the Mafia movie genre. Set in Toledo, Michael Rapaport stars as Kevin Gower, a young, up-and-coming junior executive, whose future and romantic life is jeopardized by a visit from his long lost father who happens to be Ohio’s "godfather." Kevin’s father Sal Fortuna (Robert Forster) quickly disappears in an alleged car bomb hit, whereby Kevin is forced to become the reigning head of Toledo’s Mafia.
