Belgian actor Gravet, long-tenured in French films, makes his American film debut in this tale as a deposed former monarch who falls in love with Blondell, a chorus girl at the Folies Bergere. Horton is the monarch's long-suffering factotum and is as droll as can be. The film maintains a
