A routine western, though there are some interesting touches that make this a bit different from most. The film's climactic whip fight between LaRue and Moore is played over the opening credits. LaRue and St. John (formerly of "Mack Sennett" fame) are a pair of marshals out to stop an outlaw. Seeing how he uses Lash's favorite weapon, our hero goes undercover, pretending to be the bad guy.
