Hopkins is the daughter of Pichel, a South Dakota senator. He's convinced that New York City is a modern day version of Sodom and/or Gomorrah and heads out East to prove it. While he's arguing with some locals, Hopkins meets Holmes, a high living playboy who's everything her father fears. Of course it's true love for the pair.
