Set in South Africa's Kimberley diamond mines around 1910, famed country singer Reeves (in a rare screen appearance) and Parnell are two Americans who sell snake oil and hustle the diamond miners at cards in order to make a living. After winning Swemmer's unproductive mine in a bet, and
