An absolutely charming comedy-fantasy set against the Jewish tradesmen's life in London's Petticoat Lane. Based on the novel by Mankowitz, it's the story of a young boy, Joe (Ashmore), who has been told stories about a unicorn by tailor Kadinsky (Kossoff). When the boy buys a goat with only one horn, he is convinced that he has purchased a unicorn, because "magical" things begin to happen to the denizens of the area.
