Kickboxing Academy

Aimed at aspiring grade school black-belts, this goofy little picture hews closely to the cliches of action comedies aimed at grown-up audiences. Kickboxing Academy owner June (Donna Barnes), who's carrying a substantial bank loan on her school property, has no idea that Miami Beach politician Mr. Maddox, (Tom Scalise) intends to foreclose. In fact, he's so anxious to see her out that he hires rival martial arts entrepreneur Tarbeck (Tony Pacheco) to pit his Fatal Combat Academy against her school.
