A conscientious public defender organizes a police athletic league which gives the street punks an honest way to spend their days. When a couple of tough kids start planning a holdup, they come to their senses and head back to the baseball diamond instead. A standard of the juvenile-delinquent genre, which was done much better by the Dead End Kids. Not to be confused with the 1932 Bette Davis and Pat O'Brien vehicle JUVENILE COURT, which also played as HELL'S HOUSE. leave a comment
